Stephen is an admitted SA Attorney and UK Solicitor (non-practicing).  He specialises in consumer law and data privacy.

 

Stephen was the second person to be registered as a Debt Counsellor (his registration number was NCRDC02).  However, as Stephen soon discovered, debt counselling isn't for everyone.  Every person should get advice specific to their circumstances or they may end up paying far too much or being trapped in debt counselling or even being sequestrated, when it was not necessary.
